"The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to Nationwide Seafood PTY LTD refereed to as Sea Kings By Nationwide Seafood. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves.

Returns

Products purchased with Sea Kings By Nationwide Seafood are both fresh and frozen.

In the rare case you may find a product unsatisfactory, you may return the goods within a 24 hour period for a return, replacement or credit note.

Products must be returned (at the expense of customer) in it’s original packaging/condition, must not be tampered or unopened.

Once inspected by H/O and approved, refunds or returns may take up to 5 business days to be processed.

Confidentiality

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products. Please review our Privacy Policy for further details.

Payment

Payment for goods from this site is made via EWAY. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.

Currency

All prices displayed on our website are Australian Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation of an order is required from the receipt of order. Notification must be made either in person, via email or by phone and must include the order number. If the order has been dispatched, the Customer is liable for all costs associated with shipment of the order and shipment of the return of order.

Acceptance of Orders

Acceptance of Orders Your receipt of an order confirmation from The Company does not signify our acceptance of your order, or confirmation of our offer to sell. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, without prior notice to the Customer. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without reason. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you upon cancellation of an order. All monies received for the cancelled order will be refunded via the payment method used.

If a product is not listed on this website, then it is not available for purchase online.
